Title:Counterintelligence Lead InspectorJob SummaryKBR is seeking a Lead Inspector to support our client in Washington, DC.Duties:Serves as Lead Inspector, specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to the following: Selects team members to participate in inspections; and works with inspection program staff, plan, organize, schedule inspections; make specific work assignments to inspectors Periodically ensures input from all inspectors are collated into inspection program products for distribution to the Directors and the Secretary of Energy; and represent and defend inspection products Serves as member of either the FI or CI Inspections Program team and conducts physical reviewsinspectionsbeing done at facilities throughout the DOE to ensure compliance with the Secretary, DOE and intelligence directives Documents interview results for assembly in reportsRequired QualificationsIndividual must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in conducting complex CI program activities to include counterintelligence investigations with a federal agency such as the DOE, FBI, CIA or DODThe individual must have broad management experience commensurate with managing Counterintelligence programs and have the following abilities:Ability to conduct professional interviews of DOE employeesAbility to assess/integrate the implications of data for the inspections being conducted Ability to provide concise and clear analysis to create a single focused report with preventative or correction action plans as recommendationsIndividual must have excellent team building, liaison, oral and written communication skills and proven ability to perform under pressureEducation: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or collegePreferred QualificationsAn advanced degree is desirableClearance RequiredTS/SCIAbility to obtain a DOE "Q" clearanceIn compliance with the U.S. federal government's vaccine mandate, only candidates who will be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by December 8, 2021 or who have a reasonable accommodation or approved medical exception will be considered for this position.KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
