About The Role We are seeking an ambitious, determined, and hands-on assembler for our production department. This individual will be responsible for assembling component parts or pieces together efficiently and accurately Responsibilities Putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. Verify the correct quantities of component parts; quality check completed items, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools/mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures. Interpreting product blueprints and handle various tools Follow technical instructions, discern quality of parts and materials used in production Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process Follow company procedures and directives Test finished products for defects Maintain the tools used to create products Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace Requirements and Skills Team player Experience using mechanical/electrical tools Must be hands-on Good communication skills Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery Excellent hand-eye coordination Good communication skills Ability to operate soldering machines Ability to create and interpret technical documentation Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management and form filing Willingness to work in flexible shifts Mechanical abilities Ability to operate forklift machineries High school Diploma or equivalent What We Offer An opportunity to work with a growing company Joining a dynamic company at a time of major growth and expansion Professional development and career growth Working in an inclusive environment that promotes diversity Competitive salary Upon completion of your 90-day probationary period we also offer a comprehensive benefits package at no cost to you, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
