Job Details RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:Coordinate day to day activities in the factory to ensure that all workstations and bins locations are stockedwith adequate supply of material for production requirements. Communicates with Purchasing on issues oflow inventory that would impact production or create QC hold situations.PRINCIPAL DUTIES:1. Issue and deliver materials to designated locations in the factory2. Audit ship orders/pallets for accuracy, adjust inventory as required3. Manage inventory analysis and SKU performance to identify opportunities to optimize turns4. Controls inventory levels minimizing disruptions to production.5. Anticipates and reacts to production problems or delays, materials shortages6. Inspection of shipments and products for quality assurance.7. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of materials movements and materials storage within the site storage space8. Works with production to ensure materials are delivered to assembly in a timely manner9. Organize and stock incoming materials in the literature room.10. Investigate delivery discrepancies working with warehouse to find resolution.11. Perform Cycle count monthly ensuring 99% accuracy levels are maintainedREQUIREMENTS:1. High School Diploma or equivalent combined education and experience,2. Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail and Microsoft Office software.3. Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.4. Effective and professional communication and organization skills.5. Demonstrate full knowledge and understanding of Warehouse/Receiving processes and methods, and strong knowledge of safety requirements and standards.6.
