Job Description
**Description** Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Provides administrative/clerical support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for the accuracy of records/files, is knowledgeable of technical and medical terms used for reports, compiles data as needed and maintains strict confidentiality. Interacts with physicians, hospital directors, other hospital executives, as well as patients and families. Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Background in a medically orientated position helpful. Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Good working knowledge of Excel and Word computer programs.
