Job Description
Overview: Responsible for maintaining company financials, accounts receivables, invoicing, accounts payable and assisting with day to day financial operations of Heart Center Research and HCR Investments. Qualifications: Education/Licensure/Certification:Bachelor of Accounting degree from an accredited college or university required.Experience:Health Care Billing and Accounting experience will be considered.Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical field and or Clinical Research, with accounting experience.Additional Skills/Abilities:Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. .Requires constant organizational skillsSkill in identifying problems and finding solutions.Ability to write various financial reports, and proposals.Ability to communicate clearlyAbility to react calmly and effectively in emergency situationsKnowledge or ability to learn of the organizations policies and procedures and ICH and FDA Clinical Research Guidelines.Upholds effective work habits including, but not limited to, regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness.Effectively track and monitor revenue and expenses.Ability to interpret financial statements and re-organize accordingly.
