$500 HIRING BONUS!! 1st Shift 7 am- 4:30 pm Monday to Friday Salary: 18.50 to 21.50 an hour Depending on Experience Bi Weekly Bonus Mickey Truck Bodies is a premier manufacturer of state-of-the-art bodies and trailers and specially engineered vehicles sold in over 50 countries around the world. Cut metal using shears, saw, plasma cutter and or other equipment. Operate power tools including sanders, grinders, ability to diagnose and repair minor electrical issues, hydraulic issues, repair structural damage to trailers. Must be able to work independently and part of a team. Basic set of hand tools are required. Maintain a safe work environment, achieve productivity goals, and be familiar with the quality standards. Successfully complete a pulmonary function test for respirator use, when necessary. Must be able to read a tape measure. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual and written directions. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to perform simple shop math. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Ability to use a variety of small hand tools, including but not limited to chop saw, skill saw, floor jacks, impact gun, rivet gun, Sawzall, and welding equipment. Welds in flat, horizontal, verticle or overhead. Examine weld for bead size and other specifications Moves material with appropriate equipment throughout the work area as needed.
