SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Community Relation Director, this position is responsible for ensuring that the programs and services delivered are consistent with American Houses philosophy of Senior Living and that the highest quality of customer service is provided for our communities, supporting their ongoing efforts to maintain and increase occupancy, and the overall management/integrity of the building during scheduled hours where the Executive and Community Relation Directors are not on site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Office Support is to Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
Office Support is Responsible for sales initiatives as described and outlined in the American House Sales Manual
Office Support is to Respond and address to any resident concerns which arise during shift
Office Support is Responsible for carrying out any emergency procedures required during shift
Office Support is to Perform welcome orientation with new residents
Notifies Executive Director of emergency situations
Note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Community Relation Director
Other duties as assigned by Community Relation Director and/or Executive Director

Excellent communication skills and a compassion for older adults
Experience in sales preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret facility forms, signs and product instructions. Ability to speak clearly and interpret verbal communication.
