Please Capitalize first letter of your First and Last Name.Please avoid using fully capitalized text for your First and/or Last Name.NOTE: If your name is hyphenated or has multiple capitalization, please use the same format as your government ID.Job Description Summary:This role is a Partnerships Manager for the strategic partnerships program within the Global Merchant Lending (GML) division of PayPal Credit.The position reports to the Senior Director, US Portfolio Management for GML, the merchant financing division of the PayPal Credit business unit.We are looking for a strategically-minded, entrepreneurial owner to lead end-to-end partnership initiatives, driving deeper engagement with PayPal's most strategic partners through business lending proposals.The owner will need to work cross-functionally to communicate and collaborate with colleagues across GML - including Marketing, Product, Finance, Credit Risk, Legal, Analytics, and both U.S. and regional commercial teams.This role is an excellent opportunity to become fluent in every aspect of GML, and create relationships among our business unit, broader PayPal, and PayPal's most critical partners.Job Description:Responsibilities:Lead Global Merchant Lending's partnership program, to drive loan volume, strategically expand addressable audiences, and deepen enterprise relationships.Solution for PayPal's largest, most critical partners and achieve their strategic objectives with multi-phased, multi-product, multi-geo business financing proposals.Build and strengthen relationships within PayPal and with PayPal's Strategic Partners and Global Accounts. Collaborate closely among a cross-functional team representing Product, Commercial, Marketing, Credit Risk, Legal, and Analytics to evaluate opportunities, communicate partner use cases, and craft solutions.Own lending initiatives with partners through full lifecycle, from solutioning, pitch, and executed contract and marketing.Regularly evaluate the program's pipeline and assess new ways to leverage partnership models to drive funded loans and revenue for GML.Qualifications:10+ years of relevant corporate development / strategy, business development / relationship management, and / or program managementExperience with credit products in the US and can persuasively and compliantly articulate GML's capabilities.
