b'SUMMARY:/nProvide administrative/clerical support to Legal Department./n/xc2/xa0/nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:/n * Administrative Assistant for Vice-President and General Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Paralegals./n * Perform administrative/clerical duties such as data entry; document scanning; generating, maintaining, and updating files and reports; sorting mail; answering phones; and scheduling meetings./n * Assist with processing and maintaining the Company/xe2/x80/x99s business and operational permits for the Company/xe2/x80/x99s restaurants.
