About the Opportunity:

·  Our client, located in Needham just outside of Boston, MA, is an American online travel company that operates a website and mobile app which offers online hotel reservations and bookings for transportation, lodging, travel experiences, and restaurants.
·  As their team grows, they are now hiring a Junior Sales Associate who specializes in making outbound calls to designated prospects, engaging in a consultative sales approach, demonstrating our business value, and ultimately subscribing new customers to the solution.

Junior Sales Associate  Responsibilities:

·  Modifying customer engagement to overcome objections and win customer
·  Identify solutions to issues and concerns of costumers
·  Managing designated pipelines and making outbound calls to our prospects
·  Achieving and exceeding agreed quarterly sales targets on revenue, conversion number of new customers, and other related KPIs
·  Co-browsing with our customers online to demonstrate the value proposition
·  Collaborating with other teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution

Junior Sales Associate  Qualifications:

·  A Bachelor’s Degree
·  2 years of travel/hospitality sales experience
·  Sales aptitude with relentlessly high standards
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Fluency in English and a second language is highly desirable
