Job Description
DUTIES1. Use computers and other front desk equipment (PMS system, credit card processing, key programming, etc.)2. Check guests in and out.3. Update information in the computer system as needed (post charges, transfer balances etc.)4. Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.5. Accurately answer phones and make reservations.QUALIFICATIONS1. Prior hotel experience helpful. 2. Prior cash handling experience helpful.3. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.4. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
