Job: Client AdvisorPay / Compensation Range: $30,000 -$45,000WHAT IS GOING ON?Do you think you may be good at sales but either you lack the experience to get hired or are worried about the ups and downs of commission? We have a unique position as a Client Advisor which is specifically designed to be a starting point to get experience and training in a fast-paced sales environment. After decades of service to the Alexandria community, the McMickins family has turned over their legacy to the Giles Automotive Group based out of Lafayette Louisiana. We are excited to introduce the Alexandria community to the Giles brand that has served Louisiana for almost 40 years. Our investment will include a brand new multi-million dollar facility that we speculate will be completed in 2024. That means we need to grow the already tenured staff in preparation for the growth and expansion of the Hyundai brand. Now is the best time to join our team and be a part of an exciting new chapter. WHAT DO YOU GET?Money of course: You will start with a $30,000 per year salary plus bonuses. Most first-year advisors move up our career track in the sales department and average $58,000 by the end of their first 12 months.Career Path: Our biggest motivation as a company when it comes to improving our employees' lives, is their career growth. Our goal for you would be to find a path to advance your career whether it's sales, service, or management. This path would substantially expedite your earning potential. Many of the positions offer well over six figures per year and many of these opportunities present themselves within 2 to 3 years. Here are a few other things you will do: Make phone calls, email customers, text customers, market yourself, attend sales meetings, attend training, and schedule appointments with your clients. That sounds like a lot so don't forget, you will be supported by our helpful staff and 6-week training program. We don't just "throw you out there." WHEN DO YOU DO IT?We are open from 8:30 to 6:00 pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Friday - Saturday and closed on Sundays. You are given a day off during the week and have an early night at 5:30 pm every other evening.
