We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our management team. The successful candidates will be responsible for energizing team, hitting daily and weekly targets, and utilizing company policies to solve customer issues. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
We are an outbound call center calling both residential/commercial customers & offering them a choice for what they pay for their electricity and/or gas bill.
Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
- Attend daily manager meetings
- Training new employees
- Pay dates are every week
- Paid Time Off after 90 days of employment

- Basic computer knowledge

- 1-year experience in managing a call center
