Transition ManagerJob Category: Project and Program ManagementTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCIEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: LocalCACI is looking for an experienced Transition Manager in support to the MPE-C customerThe successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.Typical duties include:+ Align all mission and contract requirements, establishes project plan with specific milestones and key activities, and communicates throughout the MPE-C mission partners every detail of the projected task, associated dependencies, and target resources for mission support and accomplishment.+ Execute all transition activities designated in support of the MPE-C contract.+ In close coordination with the MPE-C Program Manager, aligns mission key factors with transition requirements to ensure direct, proactive measurements of mission support throughout the transition engagement.+ Conduct regular meetings to coordinate the transition effort and to synch corporate support including HR, recruiting, assessment and selection, travel, etc.+ Monitor and tracks transition metrics to evaluate and improve performance.+ Execute Transition-In Plan, no later than 10 days after task order award.+ Provide periodic updates to government leadership on transition status.+ Provide expertise in support to worldwide assignments including but not limited to the DOCPER/SOFA approval process.+ Provide input, planning and facilitation of the establishment of the NOSC at HQ.+ Responsible for executing, developing, and having input to Transition-in Plan to implemented after TOA and completed with 90 days.+ Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.+ Plan and lead major technology assignments.+ Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.+ Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.+ Supervises others.**Youll Bring These Qualifications:**+ Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance and be able to maintain.+ BA/BS plus 10 years experience+ Experience in transitioning large contracts**These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**+ PMP Certification+ Agile/Scrum Certification+ IAT Level II+ Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs+ Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards+ Experience with DoD IT security requirements**What We Can Offer You:**+ Weve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.+ Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.+ We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.+ We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nations highest priorities.+ For over 55 years, the principles of CACIs unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.Company Overview: At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
