Job Description
Cortland is hiring a full-time Senior Accountant in Atlanta, GA. You will have a hybrid schedule that will include 3 days at our Buckhead office and 2 days working remotely. As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions for our corporate with all of our corporate departments. If you have at least 3 years of full stack accounting experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting, and can work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote, and a have a positive and innovative mind-set, then we are interested in speaking with you! Requirements: 3+ years of experience in accounting, with experience in corporate accounting preferred CPA a plus Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting Strong understanding of GAAP accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel About Us: At Cortland, we create, reimagine, and manage apartment communities for residents nationwide.
