Design Build Shower Doors online

Job Purpose:
Design and build shower doors using a computer program for quotations, fabrication and installation purposes using drawings with measurements.

Duties:
* communicate with salesmen and clients to determine the best design for the shower door project.

* Build shower doors using a specialized software program.

* Calculate measurements to the nearest 1/16"

* Determines material requirements and dimensions of shower doors by studying blueprints, sketches, or plans.

* Prepares layout for fabrication and installation of glass.

* Insure shower doors comply with federal, state, and local building codes by adhering to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

*Order glass and hardware for shower doors, keep track of inventory.

* Maintains Hardware inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
