CNC Machine Operator

Description: Princeton Tool, a Princeton Precision Group company has immediate openings in our metal machining department. We are seeking reliable individuals with solid work history to join our team. Qualified candidates will set up and operate CNC, EDM, and Waterjet machining equipment. The rate of pay for this role is negotiable and based upon experience. Requirements: Highlights and Benefits Pay increase within the first 90 days Paid time off Quarterly profit share bonus 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Generous health and wellness benefits Responsibilities and Duties EDM, CNC and Water jet operators machine metal product using appropriate machinery according to written or electronic work instructions Inspect product prior to and after machining process for defects Machine operator must report all defects to shift lead, manager, or supervisor after completing EDM, CNC, or Waterjet machining processes Complete necessary CNC, EDM, and Waterjet paperwork as required All machine operators maintain daily quality and production standards Communicate with and support shipping and receiving department Share machining knowledge with less experienced operators All machine operators maintain clean work area at all times Assist with other department duties and tasks as required Follow all safety rules and procedures Knowledge, skills, and abilities Strong work ethic Superb attention to detail High regard and willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures Willingness and ability to work weekends and overtime as necessary (prior notice will be given) Excellent attendance Ability to multitask Solid work history Compensation Compensation for this role is negotiable and based upon experience PI184254918
