Once this process is complete, your application will be considered for the open position.Job DescriptionAs a transaction specialist in the Dallas/Fort Worth office tenant representation team, you will receive an introduction to all the firm's business functions as well as instruction by senior professionals in real estate, finance, and sales. You will be an integral part of one of the most successful and fast-paced tenant representation teams in Dallas. You will be expected to execute on business leads provided as well as cultivate external relationships and build a platform of new business.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDeveloping a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining latest market and industry research, historical information, and trendsOpportunity to take ownership of one of the area's most opportunistic regionsParticipate in Team pursuits and marketing strategiesExtensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and other business development practicesCreating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenantsContributing to building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparationMaintaining daily interaction with clients and prospective clientsParticipate in firm marketing and business development opportunitiesPerforming complex financial modeling and analysisQualificationsA minimum of a bachelor's degree required.An understanding of client needs and dedication to serviceStrong financial analysis skillsLeadership experience, sales and negotiating skillsStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to be an independent worker with a team player attitudeMust be able to succeed in an environment that values individual perspectives and encourages sharing of information and ideas while driving towards common goalsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
