**Company** Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is looking for an Officer / Assistant Vice President for our Subcommittee on Administrative Services Technology Center (SASTeC). As our Officer / Assistant Vice President of SASTeC, you will report to the Vice President and lead a team of 20 - 25 skilled technologists and managers with direct responsibility for our Strategy and Engagement group consisting of Portfolio, Program and Project Management and Business Operations support. Our Strategy and Engagement group oversees the product delivery and management of a diverse mix of critical technologies for our Federal Reserve System business customers. This includes portfolio management for various enterprise-wide industrial control and security related technology products; managing the business operations and security controls to ensure compliance with different regulations and standards and overseeing the strategy for product managers. Our customers span all 12 Reserve Banks and the Board of Directors including Law Enforcement, Cash, Facilities Management and Records Management responsibilities. **Responsibilities** + Provide strategic direction and oversee the establishment and execution of our departmental goals + Maintain departmental functions that support achievement of the Division and Bank's strategic plan + Attract and motivate a diverse staff, while providing them with needed resources, experiences, coaching and performance feedback + Develop successors and talent pools for important roles + Create a work culture that promotes a cooperative, inclusive, innovative and team-oriented environment this is accountable to organizational values + Promote and instill product management principles and culture throughout the team + Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and provide thought leadership + Participate in departmental management processes including budget and audit meetings + Educate and provide awareness to key constituents + Establish communication and good working relationships with stakeholders, System IT, and other Federal Reserve Banks **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred, or commensurate experience + 10+ years relevant experience + 5+ years of experience coaching employees with responsibility for staffing decisions, developing teams and performance evaluations + Ability to analyze incomplete data to make decisions and negotiate mutually benefitting outcomes for your team and the System + Advanced knowledge and experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) preferred + Can develop and guide business technology strategy + Can work with different technical teams, business owners and management at all levels of the organization to deliver on changing business needs + A commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion + Can present and discuss strategies and technical information to all kinds of audiences in a manner that establishes rapport and persuades + Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower job grade or salary + Travel (5 - 10%) + All Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including receiving a COVID-19 booster when eligible, unless the Bank grants an accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief. **Full Time / Part Time** Full time **Regular / Temporary** Regular **Job Exempt (Yes / No)** Yes **Job Category** Executive **Work Shift** First (United States of America) _The Federal Reserve Banks believe that diversity and inclusion among our employees is critical to our success as an organization, and we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.
