Private Real Estate Owner located in Westminster, CA is seeking a bright, energetic Assistant Property Manager who can help build upon our curent growth. Strong Verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required. Ability to multi-task. Superior customer service skills. Responsibilities: Assist Property Manager with the daily operation of the property. General office duties, answer phones, filing, scanning, incoming / outgoing mail. Interface directly with tenants on a daily basis. Coordinate maintenance / repairs with tenants and maintenance staff. Prepare and distribute correspondence. Prepare and maintain tenant / lease files. Maintain maintenance logs and emergency information sheets. Collect rents and handle delinqent accounts. Maintain tenant contact lists. Help prepare legal notices and pay or quit notices. Coordinate unit inspections and tenant move-ins and move-outs. Assist in Budget preparation
