Job Summary: 0-29 hours weekly at any of our OP locations Provides professional back-office clerical and/or front-office reception functions that support quality clinical services, efficient business practices and engaged customer service. General Duties and Responsibilities: * Develops and maintains the weekly appointment schedule, based on input from the Therapists. Collects co-pays at time-of-service * Ensures that all copays are entered into eCR, and batches out the credit card machine at the end of the day. * Provides reminder phone calls to clients for all therapist appointments scheduled. * Provides clerical support to the team by word-processing correspondence, rescheduling evaluations, making copies, faxing and/or mailing records, releases and PCP notifications within the business week and completing other reasonable requests. Completes tasks within the required timeframe. Requirements Education and Experience Requirements: * A high-school diploma and at least one year of office experience providing customer service and clerical support * Intermediate computer skills * Microsoft Office Suite and an electronic health record * Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid is required at the discretion of the Supervisor or Program Director Preferred Experience: * Previous work in a medical setting * Paid experience working with children and their families
