******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.******  We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to prepare schedules and workpapers, assist with the monthly and quarterly accounting close, complete processes such as bank and mortgage reconciliations, run and distribute reports, prepare cash receipt and vendor request forms, prepare lender packages, and perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.


The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, including the ability to work with all levels of employees across the Company, as well the ability to focus on meeting accounting department deadlines. The individual must thrive in a team environment and be flexible regarding ad hoc reporting and must respond to inquiries with a sense of urgency.

  • Minimum of an AA in business concentration
  • Working knowledge of real estate and accounting systems
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • 2-3 years of strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
