The role youll contribute: The Supervisor for the Surgical Service line directs and supervises the day-to-day functions of the Service line in accordance with federal, state, local standards and Adventist Health Systems Corporate guidelines and regulations. The Supervisor for the Surgical Service is responsible for carrying out all established policies including but not limited Surgical Services and HKRC guidelines. The value youll bring to the team: Assist leadership in building Surgical Services budgets. Accountable for correlation and expenditure of invoices. Analyze financial statement trends and report findings to appropriate Leadership. Evaluate the reimbursement of hospital programs to determine the profitability of service lines. Facilitate supply chain relationship between vendors, physicians, and the hospital for cost-effective and quality-care supplies and equipment.
