Spark sales for some of the biggest retail brands in the industry as a Retail Market Manager. You will manage, recruit, train, mentor, support and schedule a large remote team of part-time merchandisers, assisted sales and training representatives that drive sales, increase brand awareness, merchandise and influence market share and mindshare for the clients in numerous retail environments. Your qualities: * Proven leader * Results Driven * Great communicator What youll do: * Manage, develop, mentor, coach, recruit and schedule a high-performing team of part-time merchandising representatives and assisted sales and training representatives that drive sales, increase brand awareness, and influence market share for the client in the retail environment * Serve as the primary, dedicated, expert for each team members successful performance in client service and service order execution * Act as the liaison between representatives, management, and clients by overseeing day to day activities with deliverables, promotions, and other processes or assignments Your experience: * Two years management experience in retail, retail operation, merchandising or sales * Three years retail, merchandising and/or consumer packaged goods * Account/Client management * Retail field programs and shared and/or dedicated resources Necessary tools for success: * Exceptional skills in business relationships, analysis, accountability, recruiting, systems processes, time management and leadership * Excellent communication skills * Microsoft Office Suite proficiency * Bachelors degree preferred
