Job DescriptionJob SummaryAPTIM is hiring to perform Installation Support Services for the United States Army Garrison Redstone (USAG-R) Department of Public Works (DPW) with our partner SUNIK. This include Pollution Controls, Compliance, Environmental Restoration Services, Landfill Operations, Engineering Work Management Services, Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, and Service Orders for Facilities, Waste Water, Steam and Infrastructure at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. We are looking to have all applications submitted by the end of close of business January 24, 2022.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesResponsible for GFEBS data entry and reportingManages the preparation and input of GFEBS data for DMO, PMO, OWO and PWO work documentsEnsures the accurate documentation of labor daily for employees and Level I subcontract personnel.Responsible for ensuring periodic preventive maintenance schedules are published and distributed and GFEBS is updated once the preventive maintenance is completed.Ensure the accuracy of documentation to include work center, maintenance plan, equipment number, equipment description, building number, frequency, task list, date called/scheduled, and any additional notes pertinent to the PM (e.g.- date added, new building, etc.).Update GFEBS with new equipment/systems or remove obsolete and decommissioned equipment/systems from the data base.Ensures receipt, assessment, and proper close out of completed work orders.Develops operating instructions and provides training to assigned personnel to ensure daily requirements are effectively input in GFEBSSupervises incoming work requirements to assure correct prioritization on completed work.Monitor work backlog and identify prioritization needs to work schedules and assignments.Additional duties in direct support of departmental mission requirements.Other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsMinimum three (3) year of GFEBS experience using the Army's GFEBS system for preventive maintenance planning/execution, updating real property inventory, work order processing, material planning and acquisition and analysis of system reports.Knowledgeable in the use of assigned GFEBS roles and their associated functions.The ability to manage and control the activities in a production control environment to receive, record, issue, and update records within GFEBS needed to accurately track operation and maintenance activities.Effectively communicate in English in both oral and written formats for daily communications and the development of presentations, briefings and other operational requirements.Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)APTIM strongly recommends, but does not require, that its employees receive vaccination against COVID-19.
