We are seeking a multi-disciplinary, result-oriented, and Client-focused Delivery Executive to lead the large-scale product engineering services engagement. You will be responsible for the complete end-to-end execution of solutions that meet our clients’ product engineering requirement. Reporting to VP of Engineering, a successful candidate is a playmaker in developing and implementing innovative solutions to accelerate and support our client’s business ambition, proficient in strategic planning, ambidextrous in driving business growth and transforming execution effectiveness and efficiency. We expect our leaders to be comfortable to challenge the norm with breakthrough thinking, build trust, and drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization. Key responsibilities include:

Client Delivery and Engagement

· Nurture key stakeholder relationship and develop trusted relationship with the client at all levels including Program Managers, Engineering Directors and VP of Engineering and CTO/CXO.

· Orchestrate and manage large-scale (>250) multi-geography and multi-disciplinary engineering projects delivery

· Drive complex delivery operations transformation project

· Consistently achieve on-time, on-quality and on-budget delivery of projects and meet all target KPIs

· Collaborate with client to drive and manage ongoing transformation of engagements, (taking increased responsibility, bringing higher-value digital enablers, greater leverage of cost-effective global delivery)

· Responsible for engagement performance in terms of client satisfaction, cost management, delivery performance

· Own and develop the long-term client relationship of behalf of Capgemini and be seen by the client as a trusted advisor

· Develop long-term customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction

· Work across disciplines to ensure seamless operation and a consistent, one Capgemini approach to client engagement and experience

· Maintain a positive working environment for Capgemini delivery resources involved in client projects

· Proactive pursue to drive delivery optimization

· Manage risk, mitigation and problem resolution

Strategic Business Development

· Provide strategic direction and executive delivery oversight for clients, and drive business with clients to achieve revenue growth, profitability and continuing customer satisfaction

· Review and support bid preparation activities to maximize value delivered to the client and optimize staffing, governance and delivery plans in order to maximize margins and control risks.

· Partner with the Industry Sales Leader to help define the growth strategy for the account

· Develop knowledge of industry trends and to drive solutions and participate in account strategies

· Identify and take the lead in significant pursuits resulting in new or additional business

· Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders at senior/board level

Position Requirement

· 10+ years leading very large and complex product engineering/development and innovation programs for Global 1000 enterprises with measurable results

· Industry Sectors knowledge is a plus: Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Utilities, LifeSciences, Aerospace and Automotive, Consumer Products and Services

· Demonstrated experience interacting with CxO and Executive Level clients

· Adept at successfully navigating conflict in a large stakeholder community

· Effectively represent the program strategy, mission, approach, and progress while actively managing the risks

· Strong ability to facilitate and negotiate engagement planning, strategy, risks, road-mapping discussions, and transformation initiatives

· Experience in building long term relationships and teams that inspire on mutual trust, accountability, and candor

· Demonstrated experience leading delivery teams from multiple capability practices across global delivery centers

· Proactive leadership style, focused on driving thought-leadership as well as developing next tier consulting leaders, including mentoring, team growth plans, and succession

· Large transition experience with multi-geo exposure for programs with 1000+ employees (International experience preferred) including change management

· Leadership in enabling a continuous release culture (DevOps, CI/CD) with functional stakeholders and leaders

· Experience in complete product life cycle management

· Agile development with strong software product development experience

· Recognized both internally and by clients for providing effective relationship and commercial management in complex delivery environments

· Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction


· Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Networking and Comms, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or similar)

· MBA/ Masters preferred

· Certifications: Program Management Professional (PgMP®), Project Management Professional (PMP®), or SAFEe Agile Certification or equivalent

· 20+ years work experience including 5+ years in a senior leadership or management role and

10+ years delivering complex engagements of 250+ staff in Product Engineering (Preferably

for a service company)

· 10+ years delivering for clients in Technical Capacity

· Experience managing geographically diverse teams

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, curious and enthusiastic approach

· Awareness and understanding of basic principles of accounting and financials

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
