SUMMARYHavtech Commercial Distribution is seeking a team player with a passion for excellent customer service to join our growing warehouse coordination team. This position will act as a liaison between the warehouse and our Service & Solutions businesses by providing customer support and internal collaboration. Responsibilities will include using software to manage/receive parts, monitoring the will-call and staging areas, reacting to requests and communicating and collaborating with all associates to effectively serve customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Communicates and collaborates with the service and solutions departments to alert the teams on incoming products and job updates.Physically tags all material assigned to service/solutions jobs.Signs material out to project managers and service techs accurately and efficiently.Manages substantial phone and email interaction with other departments, answers incoming phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.Organizes and complies with all pertinent documentation needed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to successfully manage the businesses required reports.Performs other office duties as requested (i.e. report writing, maintaining proper accounting records, team meetings, managing company emails, database backups, etc.).Accomplishes training to successfully fulfill job functions and maintains best practices.Daily use of lift trucks, pallet jacks, dollies and other warehouse machinery.Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a mustSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.A minimum of 2 years warehouse/logistics experience.Must be detail oriented and have a track record of success in a fast-paced environment.Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).Experience with shipping/tracking software such as UPS WorldShip is strongly preferred.Must have strong customer service skills.Forklift experience is preferred.Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
