Location(s):United States of AmericaCity/Cities:AtlantaTravel Required:Relocation Provided:Job Posting End Date:Not AvailableShift:Job Description Summary: Position Overview:The Senior Manager, leading the Assets, Influencers & Partnerships Strategy & Operations will be responsible for the North American asset's strategy and implementation, and developing/implementing key tools, capabilities, and governance standards to support the Assets & Integrated Marketing Experience Team, driving operational excellence.Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:#1. Drive North American Assets, Influencers and Partnership Strategy and Implementation (40-45%)Provide Thought Leadership for the North American Operating Unit (NAOU) on most strategic consumer passion points to drive growth, defining the 3Y Long Range Plan (LRP) for Assets.Deliver tools required for System to understand the 3-year strategy, to be inspired by it and to execute it brilliantly.Lead the Implementation of the LRP by driving the Asset Optimization Process with our top Bottler Partners. Collaborate with Frontline Marketing, Franchise, and our bottlers on a customized plan for the next 3 years ('24-'26)Provide Thought Leadership to the Global Assets Team & to the NAOU Category Teams to ensure that the Global Asset Strategy & LRP, as well as the Category annual plan and LRPs are inclusive of the North American consumer insights on passion points.#2. Drive additional Value Creation for our Marketing Assets & Secure the Future (5-10%)Explore & recommend new ways to leverage our assets and partnerships and create a new business model for the future, resulting in better value for our company and a better experience for consumers across our assets activations. Specifically, this lead will own making sure we have a drumbeat of experiments to continuously learn and strengthen our assets activations.Sustainability: Assess how Sustainability is being integrated into our Assets plans and map out long-term plan to continue to evolve our sustainability agenda with all our asset stakeholders.#3. Lead, Implement and Create new AIP governance processes for North America (15-20%)Own Assets Governance Routines: Steward AIP governance routines, including but not limited to:Stewarding planning routines for all major events across our Entertainment and Sports Assets (Quarterly events review and leadership briefing sessions)Monitoring progress against budget targets on efficiencies, activation ratios, etc. and work with key stakeholders to address gaps.Owning making sure all MPAC submissions are on budget/on strategy, providing support to AIP team as well as the Strategic Property Teams to ensure plans developed are within strategic guardrailsOwn Assets Measurement: Partner with Insights and Platform Services to develop and implement an ROI model to allow for better decision making, capturing KPIs more effectively for Assets, Influencers & Partnerships.Own Assets Reporting: Partner with Platform Services to develop an effective/automated assets reporting/scorecard for better sharing, control, remove redundancy and drive more consistency with Global Team (working with Global to build an aligned taxonomy).#4. Drive Flawless IMX Operations (25-35%)Own the Project Management of all IMX projects not tied to Category Projects (developing tracking, coordinating review of progress, identifying gaps and actions required with key stakeholders).Define areas of synergies, simplification, an efficiency by identifying ways to maximize the value that we get from our asset's portfolio to drive growth for our categories and by identifying opportunities to work more efficiently across projects.Education Requirements:Bachelor Degree RequiredMBA PreferredRelated Work Experience:~10 years of experienceProven experience in strategy leadershipStrong understanding of marketing assets and sports/entertainment ecosystemProven experience in operational excellence and project managementStrong Finance knowledge.Good knowledge of TCCC system is not required but would be a benefit.Functional Skills:AnalyticsCollaboration/NegotiationProcess ManagementSkills:Leadership, Operational Excellence, Partnership Strategy, Process Governance, Process Management, Project ManagementOur Purpose and Growth Culture:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
