Era Living is seeking an energetic full-time Community Relations Associate to become the newest member of our Community Relations team at the Lakeshore Community, a beautiful retirement community in South Seattle/Renton, WA. The Community Relations team is responsible for working with potential residents and their families who are looking for a retirement community. Together, they market the community through events and community outreach, use a consultative sales process, provide strong customer service, and help facilitate smooth transitions into our community. Primary Responsibilities: This role supports the Community Relations staff in answering phones, greeting visitors and acting as liaison between community members, employees, general public and administration. Facilitates the move-in process with new residents, families and appropriate agencies, caseworkers, social workers, etc. Coordinates and hosts all events for the Community Relations and marketing programs, and acts as liaison between Marketing Director and sales team for collateral requests Conducts tours, maintains relationships with potential residents, and generates interest in the community Maintains accurate and current information in lead tracking data base.  Responds to all internet inquiries. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office, required Well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to pass DSHS background check, required Must comply with the Washington State COVID-19 vaccination requirement for healthcare workers Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required 1 year office or sales/marketing experience preferred About Era Living: At Era Living and our eight retirement communities, our mission is to honor older adults by enhancing the quality of their lives.  We are a diverse team of people from varied backgrounds, united by a passion for this mission.
