This individual is responsible for ensuring the efficiency / functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage and oversee highly prioritized cross-functional product development projects and tasksManage and oversee all system implementations and ensure employee adoption and usageDevelop business cases; document project goals, required team(s), required tasks, anticipated results (financial and operational), and budgetDocument all issues / risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact to the project schedule, key deliverables, and budgetImplement project methodology to ensure all key stakeholders are updated, and project(s) remains on scheduleDevelop and manage project schedules, workflows, and project status reportingDevelop and implement business process solutions, change requests, test plans and trainingsDocument business processes and create work instructions and process flowsServe as the subject matter expert on system(s) or application(s) and act as the point of contact between the business units throughout the project lifecycleSupport management team with the resolution of complex business, operational, and ad-hoc issuesTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Highly Proficient in Microsoft ApplicationsProficient in project management toolsAbility to utilize data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvementAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to lead a team(s) in a project-based environmentAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree, preferredMinimum 5 years' experience in project managementMinimum 3 years' experience leading cross functional process improvement initiatives and implementing process changes across an organizationTravisMathew is an Equal Employment Opportunity#LI-BH1
