Job Responsibilities The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Mananger Center of Excellence (CoE) will develop and foster programs that shape compelling experiences in support of a diverse, inclusive and engaging environment for all Air Liquide employees. Current programs in the scope of this CoE include MyVoice (employee feedback program), Be Act Engage (the way we work at Air Liquide), and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), new hire onboarding and employee recognition programs. The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Mananger's primary focus will be to lead initiatives, processes and training focused in the area of DEI and also be responsible for managing the existing Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and overseeing the start up of new BRGs. In addition, this role will support other EX/MX initiatives, and work with the EX/MX CoE team to develop measurement mechanisms to bring focus to the employee experience and drive its improvement over time. What You Will Be Doing * Drive DEI program and process development through internal development or partnering with external vendors. * Manage and provide direction for Business Resource Groups. Act as champion for new programs, supporting implementation through the stabilization phase. Liaison with Business Resource Groups and their Executive Sponsors to ensure alignment of all DEI engagements. * Assess local DEI initiatives, identify best practices, and based on assessment of local needs and capacity, support the adoption of new programs within target entities. Evaluate uptake and effectiveness of Be Act Engage and supporting tools. * Support other EX/MX programs and processes as needed including the annual deployment of the myVoice engagement survey, new hire onboarding programs, etc. * Support CoE lead in developing tools to measure employee experience and to monitor effectiveness and impact of specific programs and initiatives on employee experience. * Analyze employee engagement trends and make proposals to drive improvements. These proposals must contemplate cost, effort required, projected impact and must garner the support of key stakeholders (HR leaders, HRBPs, etc.) before implementing. * Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders throughout the Americas HUB and corporate HR in Paris * Research market trends and best practices in areas of employee and manager experience * Cultivate collaboration on local initiatives * Manage the completion and submittal of the yearly Best Place to work Corporate Equality Index application. What We Are Looking For * University degree HR/ Business or equivalent * English required. Spanish, Portuguese or French a plus * Minimum 5 years HR experience. Previous experience in developing or managing DEI initiatives, training and support. Other areas of preferred focus include; HR generalist or business partnering, learning, employee experience program management, talent development or change management, diversity and inclusion * Experience leading formal or informal teams is preferred * Experience in developing or deploying DEI strategy and programs * Experience in deploying initiatives focused on improving employee experience * Digital savvy * Influencing for change * Emotional agility * Thinking and partnering strategically * Analyzing and solving problems * Project management * Consulting skills * Communication * Continuous improvement * Business & finance acumen
