Job Summary: In this role, the candidate will work closely with the Shoot Production team on the curation of critical Pre-Shoot needs - as well as manage and see through many of the Post-Production tasks in partnership with the Manager of Retouching.Product planning for all Global Creative led campaigns will be an important responsibility, which includes ordering existing product, gathering new components for comp needs and securing final mass. Additionally - you will assist with the proper QC of final assets to ensure Product and Deco accuracy - as well as help track budgets and manage timelines/relevant tasks in our Project management tool (Wrike).Additional Responsibilities: Pre-Shoot: Partner with cross-functional partners, packaging designers and external vendors to prepare comps for any shoot needs Help manage the creation of product icons with our CGI vendor by sharing necessary 3D files, final artwork and creative color targets. Maintain Comp and product order estimates, while tracking seasonal spend and making sure PO's are open at the onset and billed through completion. Oversee/track the inventory of product in the office and content studio. Post-Shoot: Help manage Post-Production timelines and ensure that your tasks are on-time as well as on-budget per program Work closely with external vendors - to order proofs and distribute accordingly Field any questions with vendors around deco updates and or color updates during Retouching process Responsible for workorders and/or purchase orders at beginning of project and final reconciliation upon completion. Oversee all tasks assigned to you Wrike in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications College Degree, with 2-3 years of related experience Highly collaborative and able to build relationships with multiple departments Excellent organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills.
