We are looking for a Deli Clerk to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Practice Safety as Priority #1 for your restaurant team and customers
- Set up broiler, fryer and grill stations according to the line check sheets and schematics.
- Prepare all products to the specifications requested by guests and company guidelines
- Prepares food in accordance with food safety guidelines; Follows presentation standards and waste control procedures
- Keep area neat, clean and stocked
- Positively impact the life of customer, co-workers and yourself
Qualifications

- Kitchen preparation and grill experience
- Experience working in a restaurant environment

Summary: Responsible for overall daily operations of processing plant and compressor station and assists with maintenance activates. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Measures and records production at various locations. • Operates processing plant, gas compressors, pumps, and other related equipment. • Performs minor repairs and major repairs with assistance from others on compressors and other related equipment. • Takes callouts and responds in a timely manner. • Assists mechanical, measurement, and other company personnel as needed. • Ensures the cost effectiveness and efficiency of all engines and associated equipment. • Ensures that the product and gas meets the requirement and specs of the customer. • Operates and maintains compressor stations and processing plant daily. Records production and equipment readings. • Completes appropriate documentation and paperwork for all activities performed. • Reports all excessive downtime to appropriate people. • Maintains company vehicle appropriately. • Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education and/or Experience: • High School degree or equivalent. • General knowledge of compressor stations, gathering system, and processing plant operations. • Follows company policies, practices, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Customer orientation. • Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group situation to other employees of the company and outside contractors. • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals). • Apply common sense understanding to carry out day-to-day operation issues. • Be able to make quick and reasonable decisions in sometimes-adverse conditions. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: • Valid state operating license with insurable driving record under company insurance policy. May work in a standing, sitting, lying down, crouched or kneeling position. • Routinely reacts to visual, aural and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work. • Regularly bends, stoops, moves from ground level to higher levels, raises/lifts from ground level a load up to 50 lbs., manually transports a load up to 75 lbs., and applies up to 150 foot pounds of torque. • Regularly gets into and out of vehicles and rides over rough roads. • Walks an average of 5 miles per day, up to 7 miles per day. • Candidates may be subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing requirements. • Subject to overtime and call-outs.
