This is what you will do
In your daily work as part of a striving and diverse team, you support clients in pre- and post-deal M&A projects focusing on key IT/Technology aspects. You will learn how to translate your knowledge of emerging technologies to help solve client cases.
The M&A technology team is part of the Delivering Deal Value team (DDV) that supports corporate and private equity firms to identify, quantify, and deliver full deal value. The combination of unrivaled industry experience and deal expertise in both the pre- and post- deal phase means that we know what to look for in the target business and how the issues can be addressed.
You will work closely together with colleagues that focus on key services like:
* Advanced due diligence services (digital, cybersecurity, platform etc.)
* Carve out and divestment support
* Mergers & Acquisition integration
* Synergy development and review
* IT/ digital strategy and operating model design
* Operational restructuring and rapid value creation
As part of the DDV team consisting more than 40 employees
* You will be part of a fast-paced M&A sector, which makes it possible for you to work on projects for 20 businesses in less than 2 years. Meaning we offer you a steep learning curve with a talented team to guide you and to learn from.
* You will help identify how technology and innovation capabilities apply to business needs (digital platform, automation, AI and robotics, cloud adoption etc.). You also look into the key opportunities and investment risks for your clients (Deal rationally, synergy analysis, and value creation hypothesis).
* You will receive support wherever possible in the team to make you part of the M&A technology. You will make an impact by directly communicating and advising C-level clients (CEO, CFO, CIO).

Some experience may be required for a senior delivery role or a delivery manager role. A valid and active Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is a plus, but not necessary. A CDL does increase the delivery position pool placement availability.

Minimum Qualifications
- Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of date of hire.
- Minimum of 30 months experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 4 years OR successful completion of the Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program.
- No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
- No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
- No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents (collisions resulting in disabling damage and/or immediate medical treatment away from the scene) while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last ten (10) years.
- No preventable accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history (commercial motor vehicle).

Position Purpose:

Position Purpose:
The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions.
