Requirements:

Have experience with Microsoft Office or an equivalent software suite.

development activities for next generation and custom silicon photonics and microelectronics
technologies, including 3D & heterogeneous integration, interposers, quantum photonics, and
new material integration. While much of this position effort will revolve around building 3D/HI
products using SUNY Poly's 300mm Si and C4 fabs, there may also be a need for feasibility
testing or chip-scale processing at other internal or external partner facilities. Furthermore, the
novel nature of this groups work requires hands-on simulation, design, processing, inspection,
testing, and/or development. You must be a self-starter who can identify problems early and
drive solutions with cross-functional teams.

Development of 3D/HI processes and technologies from conceptualization, to simulation, design, process development, integration, testing, and delivery of hardware

The National Center for Adaptive Neurotechnologies (NCAN) is seeking an energetic administrative assistant to support the work of NCAN scientific and administrative staff. This person will handle administrative tasks including purchasing, record keeping, scheduling onsite and remote staff meetings, arranging travel for staff members, and ensuring effective communication and interaction with other NCAN sites and with NCAN collaborators, the Albany Stratton Veterans Administration Medical Center (SVAMC) Administration and with Albany Research Institute (ARI).
NCAN is a large biomedical research laboratory funded by grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Veterans Health Administration, and elsewhere. It is based at the Albany Stratton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SVAMC) and has sister sites at the Medical University of South Carolina and Washington University in St. Louis. NCAN’s purpose is to create new technology-based treatments to improve recovery for people with spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, and other devastating disorders, and to provide education and training that enables other scientists and clinicians to join in developing and using these powerful new therapies. NCAN’s Albany staff includes 25 scientists, postdoctoral fellows, visiting scientists, graduate and undergraduate students, and support personnel.

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for an Accountant to work for a locally owned construction firm specializing in custom engineering solutions and industrial construction applications. They are seeking an Accountant to be responsible for all related accounting duties.
Responsibilities include:
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Complete annual adjusting transactions
Review all company invoices and assign them to the correct GL expense code
Review bank statements to GL to ensure all cash activities have been recording, and make adjusting entries as needed.
Enter all invoices in accounts payable, and submit payment via check for all invoices that are due
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience using Sage 100
2-3 years of experience in accounting

ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE – Albany, NY
Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for an Account Associate to join a well-established financial services organization located the Capital Region area. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity to join a family office dedicated to providing unbiased and high-quality services to their clients.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and portfolio data entry for clients of a boutique family office
Monthly or quarterly client report preparation including completion of bank account reconciliations.
Preparation of paychecks and periodic payroll reports.
General ledger account maintenance of client's activities.
Manage and Maintain all aspects of client files.
Completion of special projects at direction of client and/or management.
Qualifications:
2-year degree in Accounting and/or ; Minimum of 5 years in the accounting/bookkeeping field.
Knowledge of general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bank account reconciliation procedures.
QuickBooks and Excel experience preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
