Yellowstone Club's Transportation department is currently seeking candidates for Employee Transportation Drivers.
Responsibilities Include:
* Transport employees safely to/from lodges, employee housing, Big Sky, and Belgrade, all of which are within the normal commuting distance of the Yellowstone Club
* Transportation Drivers operate light and heavy passenger vans and buses for transport
* Drive and operate gasoline or diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles to transport employees between Yellowstone Club, Big Sky Town Center, Belgrade, and off-site housing locations
* Safely transport all passengers
* Comply with Club traffic, public traffic, and highway safety rules and regulations in operating vehicles
* Follow written and verbal geographical directions
* Keep vehicle interiors/exteriors clean for passengers
* Prepare and submit reports that include number of passenger trips, ridership, hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption
* Work closely with Fleet Mechanics to keep vehicles running or repairs completed in a timely manner
* Check condition of the vehicle tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure everything is in working order
Position Requirements:
* GED or equiv; must be 20 years of age or older
* Min 3 to 6 months experience in transportation driving in a luxury club or private resort setting
* Proficient in proper and safe driving of vehicles
* Must carry current and valid U.S. or International Driver License
* Driving record that meets Yellowstone Club insurance requirements
* Able to operate gasoline and diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles
* Able to sit for extended periods of time and use vision, hearing, and hands/arms to drive multi-passenger vehicles
* Occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; successful completion of snow driving training provided by Yellowstone Club.
* Must pass pre-employment background check, paid for by the employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers

Overview
Big Sky Resort is looking for a Full Time & Year Round Transportation Specialist with a valid Class A CDL. This opportunity allows for gaining extensive Resort knowledge while also traveling off property around southwest Montana.
This is a short haul trucking operation where you can take advantage of ski and summer employee perks and remaining in the immediate area.
Responsibilities
* This positon will manage 9 refuse compactors around Big Sky Resort property including employee housing. Need to monitor when the compactors are full and respond appropriately. The main haul route is from Big Sky to Logan landfill; about an hour and half one way and 120 miles round trip.
* Will communicate with building maintenance to make sure trash site locations are tidy and build up from over filled units gets removed.
* Perform daily vehicle checks and communicate with vehicle maintenance on upkeep of equipment
* Summer operations including hauling gravel, refuse and construction material. Primary equipment used includes a dump truck with a pup and loader. Previous dirt work experience and familiarity with construction is a bonus.
* Winter operations include removing refuse as well as plowing, hauling and piling snow with a Class B snowplow.
* This is an independent position and the operator should be able to self-manage while also responding to request from multiple resort departments.
* All heavy equipment skills are appreciated

Big Sky ED Physician Opportunity
We are currently hiring a physician to provide ED staffing at Big Sky Medical Center. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Physician in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. This position is a 1.0 FTE with the opportunity to work additional clinic coverage.
Emergency room shifts are 12 hours, 6a-6p & 6p-6a. A 1.0 FTE can expect to work 13-14 shifts per month (164 shifts annually). Volumes are higher in the busy ski season and Yellowstone national park summer season. Busy season averages 15-25 patients per 24 hours. Off season averages <10 patients per 24 hours. Total annual ER patient visits is ~7000.
The work includes >95% emergency room coverage and intermittent acute inpatient work. The inpatient coverage is <1 patient daily on average. Inpatient work is light as there are no specialists or ancillary services available. We are a small rural critical access hospital. No obstetrics or on-site surgeries. A primary care clinic is in the same building staffed with 2 providers on weekdays.
Applicants must be comfortable working alone in a small ER with a small team of nurses. Must be ER board certified/eligible or FM board certified/eligible with ATLS, ACLS, & BLS and Emergency Department experience.

KIDS CARE STAFF
This winter seasonal position is responsible for providing care and building mountain memories for members' kids in their Montana backyard! Kids Care Staff will be part of a team providing place-based fun and supervision to our "mini-members"

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for executing and managing day-to-day operations at our various outlets within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard of service. The Restaurant General Manager will supervise all Food & Beverage associates in their restaurants and work closely with other members of the F&B leadership team to ensure that associates are completing their duties in an effective fashion while creating memorable hospitality moments for our members and guests. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu, concept, and hours of operation for the entire Moonlight Basin food & beverage operation.
- Provide support to Food & Beverage Managers and Supervisors.
- Help identify and rectify operational, financial, and employee issues.
- Touch member and guest tables throughout the different meal periods to garner positive relationships, gather feedback, and sometimes recover an experience.

Position Summary
Our Housekeeping Manager position is a full- time, year-round position. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations including private residence cleaning, laundry, inventory of supplies, scheduling, training, discipline and inspecting of the residence properties. This includes off season cleaning projects. The Manager is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, supervising, and creating weekly Associates schedules. While maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with all member owners and Associates and is the liaison between member owners and cleaners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversees the overall operation of the housekeeping department
- Communicate additions or changes to the assignment sheets as they arise throughout the shift.
- Inspect homes cleaned by assigned housekeeper, using designated checklist. Directly contact housekeeper and relay any deficiencies to be corrected.
- Update home status after approving cleanliness and condition in accordance with departmental standards.
- Supervision of department staff
- Identifies staffing needs; obtain approval for additional positions; and works with human resources to source and hire candidates.

Position Summary:
The Valet will provide a consistently high degree of both friendliness and efficiency for all guests and visitors by parking guest vehicles and delivering luggage in a safe and orderly manner.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Property Manager position is a full- time, year-round position ensuring the seamless operation and profitability of our private club residential program. The successful candidate is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of their assigned Moonlight Basin community, including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The goal of this position is to maintain efficient operations with an owner first mentality to deliver a consistently outstanding experience .
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of the residential properties in assigned neighborhood (roughly 25 residences).
- Act as single point of contact for homeowners.
- Facilitate communications between the operations team and the housekeeping and maintenance teams, regarding questions or concerns involving property management and pre-arrival preparations.
- Contribute to the development of the departmental budget and for developing detailed budgets for neighborhoods with relevant financial reports.
- Participate in marketing strategies and in establishing rate structures for your assigned neighborhood.
