Daily Job Duties

This position works as one team to produce product that meet and exceed our customer’s expectations for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Follow all company policies including safety, quality and environmental standards. The Machine Operator duties include:

• Ability to follow written instructions (work standards, check sheets, e-mails, etc.) and verbal instructions from supervisors, in order to produce quality products safely and efficiently.
• The Machine Operators will use basic hand gauges (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, etc) and specialized gauges (surfcom, air gauge, equator, etc) to confirm product is within specification
• Support other associates, shifts, and/or departments when needed to meet expectations.

The Machine Operator needs to be able to stand for extended periods of time and stretch comfortably. Previous experience is not required, but you will need at least a High School diploma or GED.
