As a Store Associate, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processes customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team

When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take on key store management responsibilities including assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Ensures financial sustainability by compiling and reporting budget information; requesting replacement HVACV/R equipment for facilities; submitting warranty claims; reviewing journals and invoices; conducting price comparisons of refrigerant, parts, and travel-related costs; and developing scopes of work for projects (for example, rooftop units, condenser coil replacements).
Completes work assignments and priorities in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) service by using HVAC/R policies, data, and resources; collaborating with management, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying HVAC/R priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local HVAC/R industry regulations and guidelines (for example, building codes, indoor air quality, cold chain requirements) by conducting inspections; and making repairs.
Ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations and guidelines by performing work according to practices and procedures outlined in the Walmart HVAC/R safety policy and environmental guidelines; and reclaiming ozone-depleting refrigerants.
Provides required paperwork by completing and submitting forms (for example, expense vouchers, summaries, refrigerant logs, work orders).
Ensures available resources for HVAC/R maintenance and repair by managing refrigerant levels and parts inventory; recording HVACV/R purchases and usage; tracking and ordering HVACV/R parts; and developing relationships with HVACV/R parts suppliers and contractors.
Ensures working order of HVAC/R and EMS, and direct digital control by troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment; performing major and minor preventive maintenance; and managing district workloads with external service providers.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders.
Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers.

Streetlight Bucket Operator
**This is an entry-level position - No experience is necessary** We offer Paid on-the-job training with a starting rate of $18-20 per hour/based on Experience + Production incentives. Weekly pay schedule, Day shifts Monday through Friday or 4 10's Mon- Thurs. This is an Outdoor Position. All tools provided. Uniforms Provided. PPE provided, including Hardhat, Safety Vest, Safety glasses, work gloves, etc., the only thing you need to bring are Hard-toe work boots.
The main responsibilities are to diagnose and repair streetlights. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to manage the route, drive from location to location using a bucket truck and troubleshoot each street light outage ticket given that day.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
+ Performs work from a bucket truck to install and maintain streetlights and related equipment.
+ Clears work area and maintains safe job site conditions.
+ Will have contact with public and private property owners to communicate the work to be performed.
+ Participates in-company training of all regional safety guidelines and is required to perform all work by the regional safety policies.
+ Operates various tools for the work (power tools and hand tools.).
+ Works around hazardous equipment and near energized parts or equipment.
+ Works around excessive noise from machines, and other equipment with proper hearing protection.
+ Uses meters and other testing devices on secondary voltages up to 600 Volts.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Able to safely enter and exit the aerial device and rear end of the bucket truck.
+ Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
+ Able to work at height efficiently and effectively.
+ Meet and maintain weight restrictions for bucket trucks as identified by the truck manufacturer.

License & Certifications:
+ A valid Driver's License is required.

Associate Director or Director - Catastrophe Risk Analytics Cincinnati Re seeks an experienced catastrophe modeler to join a growing team to support our reinsurance operations, including property ( cat occurrence, aggregate, per risk), specialty (terrorism, cyber, marine) and casualty (workers' compensation, clash) lines. Responsibilities include utilizing catastrophe models to evaluate reinsurance submissions and analyze the company's overall aggregate catastrophe exposure. Qualification:

- Thorough knowledge of catastrophe models how they work, impact of data elements on loss results, how to isolate model and exposure change, insurance and reinsurance terms and application within the models, and relevant industry and vendor topics.
- A strong quantitative and catastrophe modeling background is required. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience as a self-starter and problem solver, who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
