As a Store Associate, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take on key store management responsibilities including assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team. Completes work assignments and priorities in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) service by using HVAC/R policies, data, and resources; collaborating with management, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying HVAC/R priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local HVAC/R industry regulations and guidelines (for example, building codes, indoor air quality, cold chain requirements) by conducting inspections; and making repairs.

Ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations and guidelines by performing work according to practices and procedures outlined in the Walmart HVAC/R safety policy and environmental guidelines; and reclaiming ozone-depleting refrigerants.

Provides required paperwork by completing and submitting forms (for example, expense vouchers, summaries, refrigerant logs, work orders).

Ensures available resources for HVAC/R maintenance and repair by managing refrigerant levels and parts inventory; recording HVACV/R purchases and usage; tracking and ordering HVACV/R parts; and developing relationships with HVACV/R parts suppliers and contractors.

Ensures working order of HVAC/R and EMS, and direct digital control by troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment; performing major and minor preventive maintenance; and managing district workloads with external service providers.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Customer Care Center is currently seeking a part-time account technician to assist the account manager and assistant account manager by servicing policyholders of the Cincinnati Customer Care Center on behalf of our independent agents.

Pay range: $20.00/hr

Be ready to

• process requests received from policyholders

• use technology to complete tasks and policy renewals

• maintain an assigned territory size and volume

• maintain overall quality and efficiency of work performed within the team

• process Renewals, Endorsements and/or Certificates of Insurance:

  • receive, analyze and issue requests via assigned task, mail, phone, fax or e-mail

  • create Master Certificates when necessary based on lines of business written

  • follow up on requests and initiate renewal activity when certificates are required

• meet high demand of requests within stated service standards while maintaining accuracy

Qualification:

Be equipped with:

Streetlight Bucket Operator **This is an entry-level position - No experience is necessary** We offer Paid on-the-job training with a starting rate of $18-20 per hour/based on Experience + Production incentives. Weekly pay schedule, Day shifts Monday through Friday or 4 10's Mon- Thurs. This is an Outdoor Position. All tools provided. Uniforms Provided. PPE provided, including Hardhat, Safety Vest, Safety glasses, work gloves, etc., the only thing you need to bring are Hard-toe work boots. The Machine Operator will be responsible for the set up and operation of production machinery for Matthews International. Associate Director or Director - Catastrophe Risk Analytics

Cincinnati Re seeks an experienced catastrophe modeler to join a growing team to support our reinsurance operations, including property ( cat occurrence, aggregate, per risk), specialty (terrorism, cyber, marine) and casualty (workers' compensation, clash) lines. Responsibilities include utilizing catastrophe models to evaluate reinsurance submissions and analyze the company's overall aggregate catastrophe exposure. Ultimate title commensurate with experience.

Starting Salary Range: $90,000 - $180,000; depending on knowledge and skills

Be Ready To :

• Execute upon all aspects of catastrophe modeling including data preparation and validation, account and portfolio analysis, results reporting, data visualization and mapping, event response, and portfolio rollup.
• Help define, develop and test tools that improve the speed and accuracy of the modeling process and are sustainable for a growing team and company.
• Work with reinsurance underwriters to evaluate submissions and provide an understanding of loss drivers.
• Use catastrophe modeling at the enterprise level and work with Underwriting, Predictive Modeling and Actuarial to support projects related to catastrophe risk management.
• Contribute to special research projects.

Qualification: Be Equipped With:

• Three or more years of experience using AIR Touchstone or RMS RiskLink software in an insurance or reinsurance setting; experience modeling both U.S. and non-U.S exposures is preferred. Experience utilizing industry cyber or terrorism models is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of catastrophe models how they work, impact of data elements on loss results, how to isolate model and exposure change, insurance and reinsurance terms and application within the models, and relevant industry and vendor topics.
• A strong quantitative and catastrophe modeling background is required. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience as a self-starter and problem solver, who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced user of Excel and SQL; programming (Python, R, VBA) or GIS experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of property insurance and risk management: impact of risk characteristics on pricing and underwriting; property valuation; policy structuring; risk differentiators; insurance terminology and relevant industry and catastrophe topics.
• Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills for communicating with both internal and external business partners.
• Initiative and the ability to perform well with limited oversight.
