Starting at $31/hr. $5,000 Retention Bonus 6 months after hire Back End Nights (7pm-7:30am, every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday) Summary of Job: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assists with intake process. * Collects blood or urine specimens and arranges transport to lab as ordered. * Monitors care of individuals to include monitoring of medications under the supervision of the RN. * Oversees and maintains medication records in accordance with policy and State Regulations. * Provides support to Medical Assistants and other staff as needed, which includes treatment and discharge planning. * Provides education regarding diabetic care, psychiatric medication and other medical needs to enhance individual health and wellbeing. * Coordinates care including assisting individuals with making medical and/or other Provider appointments as needed. * Completes clinical documentation as required. * Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies. * Performs other related duties assigned.
