    BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a position on-call and performing emergency night home health visits if needed. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout northern New Castle County.

    Position is for every other week, 26 weeks per year, weekdays Monday-Friday 5:00 pm - 8:30 am and 24 hrs on Saturdays & Sundays.

    Prior home care, hospice, or acute care experience strongly preferred.

    Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

    • Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during the weekend days and evenings.
    • Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
    • Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
    • Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
    • Performing client assessments as necessary.

    Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

    • A current license as a Registered Nurse in DE
    • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
    • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
    • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
    • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
