    JOB SUMMARY


    A server is responsible for providing food and beverage service to Members and Guests while consistently displaying a positive attitude and knowledge about the food and beverage menu. Work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure Member/Guest satisfaction and retention. This position reports directly to the FB Director, Service Director, and Banquet Manager with indirect reporting to the Private Events Director, Captain, and General Manager.


    DAY-TO-DAY

    • Responsible for food and beverage service to Members and guests, adhering to the ClubCorp standards of service.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu is mandatory, including daily features and specials that may not be available directly on the menu. As well as possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club.
    • Know Member names and greet them promptly while providing a warm welcome making them feel at home.
    • Ensure daily assignments and side work is complete in respective areas to meet Club standards.
    • Because of the fluctuating demands of the company's operation, it may be necessary that each Employee Partner perform a multitude of different functions therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employee Partners are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

    ABOUT YOU

    • A high school diploma preferred.
    • Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
    • Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
    • You have completed FB Service Training.
    • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
    • Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
    • You are comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.

    Day to Day:
    • Maintain ClubCorp service standards as outlined in the FB Service training program(s) at high standards
    • Responsible for food and beverage service to Members and guests, adhering to the ClubCorp standards of service.
    • Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu is mandatory, including daily features and specials that may not be available directly on the menu.
    • Accurately execute Member/Guest orders and requests in an attentive and timely fashion.
    • Know Member names and greet them promptly while providing a warm welcome making them feel at home.
    • Ensure that room(s) is set up correctly, bussed consistently, cleaned continually and know how the room needs to be set-up for the next event, if applicable.
    • Ensure daily assignments and side work is complete in respective areas to meet Club standards. Consistantly sanitize work areas, refill/stock containers and supplies, etc.).
    • Assist fellow Employees, Members and guests to ensure delivery of the Three Steps of Service without being directed. Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.
    • Notify management of Member/Guest complaints at the time they occur. Practice good service recovery by rectifying any complaints as soon as possible.
    • Complete additional duties as assigned by the FB Director, Service Director, Private Events Director, etc.
    • Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club.
    • Must be able to interact with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last minute requests as needed.

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a passionate restaurant leader to join the Food & Beverage team. The Director of Restaurants' primary purpose is to oversee the daily food and beverage operations in support of the Director of Food & Beverage. Ensure all food and beverage operations and Member services are coordinated to exceed Member expectations while driving initiatives to achieve the Club's revenue and profit objectives. This position will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef to ensure the standards of service and safety guidelines are met.


    Day to Day:

    • Responsible for Front of house scheduling and ensuring that they meet budgeted labor targets
    • Assist in selecting and developing a qualified staff of Service Excellence Employees to understand the relationships between value, Member service, satisfaction, and retention/attrition
    • Develop Employees for career advancement using Performance Review Systems, Cross Training, and Developmental Planning
    • Responsible for ensuring the service team is properly trained to deliver exceptional service and to create memorable moments for Members. This could include interactive dining, table-side service, promoting specialty or signature items, etc.
    • Implement and effectively execute specific training programs timely and consistently to ensure Club staff is providing Members with quality service and products
    • Complete scheduled inventories and ensure proper administration processes are followed
    • Ensure all expense control systems are in place with close monitoring of all department expenses including revenue to payroll ratio. Ensure appropriate forecasting systems are utilized
    • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create and implement new ideas
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food sanitation and safety regulations. Be knowledgeable about the most updated laws and guidelines and communicate this information to the staff
    • Executes all menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Food & Beverage in accordance with Club standards
    • Ensures that daily walkthroughs are being conducted in all Front of House areas

    About you:

    • 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant, Club management, or related field in the Food Beverage Industry
    • High-end hospitality experience, impeccable attention to detail, with a proven track record in Front of House service supervision
    • Sommelier certification and multi-unit management experience is preferred
    • Strong computer literacy skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, POS (Micros)

    Job Summary

    The Pool Supervisor is responsible for the operations of the entire swimming complex facility, the swimming pool employees, and the overall safety of those who use the facility. Also has financial responsibility over the aquatics programs developed.

    Day-to-Day
    • Hire, supervise, and develop all pool personnel to ensure staff is well trained thereby creating a safe environment for those who use facility.
    • Ensure that pool facility is a safe environment at all times and conduct in-service training drills bi-monthly to maintain safety standards.
