    Responsibilities:

    Servicing of golf courses which include changing pin placements, tee markers, trash removal, and making the golf course presentable daily.

    Mowing of green, tees, slopes, collars, rough, and fairway areas with the appropriate piece of equipment.

    Prepare sand bunkers for daily play by using appropriate equipment and procedures.

    Wash off, fill with fuel (if applicable), and return all equipment to their proper storage areas.

    Assist other Members of staff whenever necessary to help expedite the completion of a task.

    Knowledge of safe and efficient mechanical operation of motorized equipment.

    Banquet Captain
    The Banquet Captain is In charge of banquet functions in the Club. Supervise banquet service personnel to assure member and guest satisfaction through proper food and beverage service and presentation. Maximize the club's profitability from the catering function.

    Responsible for ensure food and beverage STAR Service to Members/Guest ensuring satisfaction, Member retention, and coordinating with the other Club departments. Also, responsible for ensuring successful of execution the food and beverage activities and functions happening at the club during his/her shift. Consistently display the 3 Steps of Service at all opportunities to provide service.

    Essential Functions & Accountabilities
    • Works with Private Event Director on daily basis with the current events.
    • Responsible for executing private and club events.
    • Holds pre-function meetings with servers to ensure smooth, efficient service, assigns server stations and coordinates the timing of courses with the kitchen personnel.
    • Ensures that all banquet staff are well-groomed and in proper uniform (including name tag) before clocking in.
    • 5.Consistantly checkes Diagrams for buffet tables, guest table and other function room set-up needs for special events, and Ala Carte dining.
    • Assures proper inventory of all banquet service equipment and supplies to meet required needs.
    • Regularly inspects all front and back of the house service areas and equipment to assure that sanitation, safety, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards for the department are met.
    • Develop on-going training for all FOH service employees.

    • Acts as Lead Waiter at special, private functions as needed.
    • Meet and greet guest upon arrival and make contact with host of event.
    • Trains, supervises and evaluates FOH service staff.

    Responsible for Building Relationships and Enriching Lives by providing STAR Service to Members and Guests ensuring their complete satisfaction while playing on the golf course or other designated areas.     Day to Day:
    • Maintain excellent FB service standards as outlined in ClubCorps FB service standard guidelines and other training programs.
    • Offer Members and guests the opportunity to obtain and enjoy food and beverage while in the process of playing golf or enjoying other events. Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching a golf group at all times.
    • Greet Members promptly by name and make introductions with guests, maintaining a polite and friendly manner at all times, in order to provide high quality service in a timely manner.
    • Provide timely coverage of assigned course, anticipating visits to each group every 4-5 holes while maintaining communication with other attendants and management to ensure adequate coverage as needed.
    • Offer to dispose of trash and empties to assist the Members and guests to maintain a consistent and clean environment. Assist in other ways such as directions to the restroom, club house, etc. Be super knowledgeable.
    • Prior to departing onto the courses for service, stock cart with food, beverage, ice, etc. and transaction supplies.
    • Collect payments (i.e., cash, member charge, etc.) and accurately reconcile daily bank at the conclusion of each shift. Process all business for the day and deposit in designated area.
    • Request and restock in a timely manner to ensure proper par levels that allow for consistent and quality service.
    • Maintain proper knowledge of product, up selling where applicable. When possible, know which Members and guests are on the course by consulting tee sheets, attending line-ups, etc. and create magic moments with favorites.

    • Safely secure all products on cart including cash bank, keys, etc. and other company property as assigned.

    Job Summary:

    About you:

    • 3+ years in leadership/management or related field in the Food & Beverage Industry.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification preferred.

    Host Staff
    Responsible for creating the first and last impressions of the Club experience for Members and guests by providing the Three Steps of Service as Members/Guest are greeted and seated. Also responsible for maintaining an orderly work area and assisting with other staff positions, such as Member Services Representative duties, as requested.

    This position reports directly to the FB Director/Service Director with indirect reporting to the General Manager and Captains.

    Day to Day:
    • Maintain ClubCorp service standards as outlined in the FB Service training program at high standards
    • Know Members names and greet them promptly in a manner to provide a warm welcome and making them feel at home
    • Greet and seat Members and guests promptly in a polite manner while displaying a high quality level of service in a timely manner.
    • Converse with Members and guests in an outgoing and friendly manner. You will be asked to focus your attention on Members and guests needs and remain calm, professional and courteous at all times, even when under pressure.
    • Assist the service staff as needed, adhering to the ClubCorp standards of service.
    • Close out podium at the end of each shift and maintain it in an orderly fashion.
    • Assist in Member Services duties when necessary.
    • Ensure daily assignments and side work is complete in respective areas to meet Club standards (i.e., orderly/organized work areas, consistently sanitize work areas, refill/stock containers and supplies, etc.).
    • Assist fellow Employees, Members and guests to ensure delivery of the Three Steps Service without being directed. Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.
    • Notify management of Member/Guest complaints at the time they occur. Practice good service recovery by rectifying any complaints as soon as possible.
    • Must be able to interact with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last minute requests as needed.
