Accounting/Payroll Manager - Hybrid/Remote | Full-time
Healthcare IT consulting firm looking for experienced Accounting/Payroll Manager to manage financial responsibilities including payroll processing, billing, and compliance. Our employees are located throughout the US, so prior experience working with individual state requirements and registrations is desired.
Responsibilities include: payroll, taxes, billing, invoicing, Quickbooks, T&E, ADP. Additionally manage reporting and accounting oversight, work with partners, lenders, and administrators, working closely with company management to recommend and facilitate investment and spending decisions. This role has potential for progression to a CFO role and reports to the CEO.
Proximity to Ann Arundel County, MD preferred - or - bi-monthly travel to Maryland office.
